Forgiving myself and moving on.

Though I'd like to think I can do it all, sadly that's just not the case. I admit I have been so busy doing my actual work lately that I haven't made time to work on my site or update this blog. Shame on me for practicing "Do as I say and not as I do."

Lately I've been trying to read more books on fundraising, leadership and other inspiring topics to keep myself motivated. You're never too old to learn and though I've been doing this for *ahem* about 20 years, there's always someone else out there who has great insights to share through a blog, book or talk. You just have to carve out the time to do it, which seems to be the challenge, doesn't it?

So I'm holding myself accountable right now, here in this public forum, to write a new blog post at least once a month. Thanks for joining me along the journey!
